Album Description:
Produced in collaboration with dancer and dance-instructor Keti Sharif, the two albums Sundance & Moonrise were designed to work as catchy danceable world-music with Oriental, Latin, and Asian influences. Built on solid dance foundations but flavored with pop/rock sensibilities, the albums are also full of sonic textures that lend themselves to repeated listening much more than dance-oriented albums usually are and contain such tracks as ‘Gamal’s Country’, ‘Words of Love & Light’, ‘Ear To The Ground’, ‘Hawaii Psycho-O’, and ‘Running Up A Dune’, to name a few.
